Fair selection of participating companies and thorough management

Purpose

Maintain safe school feeding by selecting merchandising companies participating in school feeding and delivery companies and logistics centers of each city/county and carrying out regular management•supervision for safety and sanitation of distribution and supply in order to secure fairness and transparency.

Status of participating companies

Participating companies :

41 city/county delivery companies and 6 pre-processing companies (4 agricultural products, 2 cereals)

Selection and management of participating companies

Service and quality management by company :

management supervision such as operation, sanitation management/inspection etc. of subdividing, pre-processing and picking (comprehensive logistics) companies
Conduct frequent unnotified inspection in cooperation with relevant organizations

Management•supervision of delivery and distribution facilities :

Evaluate performance ability of companies and take a measure by continuously inspecting delivery vehicles (daily inspection/self-inspection) and sanitation level of operating places (frequent unnotified inspection)

Processing urgent orders and returned goods :

While minimizing returns through thorough quality management, if necessary, process returns under the responsibility of school feeding delivery companies
